EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern will resume dual competition as the No. 1-ranked team when they host Harvard at 11 a.m. Sunday, March 9. With Friday night's 7-0 victory over Wisconsin, the Wildcats improved to 12-1 in dual competition this year.

In its last match, Northwestern swept Big Ten rival Wisconsin 7-0, losing only one set on the entire evening. Sophomore Samantha Murray (Altrincham, England/Altrincham Grammar) clinched the match when her 6-2. 6-1 singles victory at No. 3 put the Wildcats up 4-0.

The 'Cats have won six consecutive matches and put the No.1-rank on the line against the Harvard Crimson, where Northwestern holds a 9-1 all-time series lead.
