EVANSTON, Ill. -- The Big Ten Network kicks off its coverage of the Northwestern-Michigan game with FRIDAY NIGHT TAILGATE, the network's television show devoted to capturing the excitement of game week on each Big Ten campus.

This week FRIDAY NIGHT TAILGATE visits Evanston, Ill., and Champaign, Ill., to determine whether Northwestern or Illinois has the better football atmosphere.

Host Mike Hall and campus correspondent Andy Cameron will take an inside look at Northwestern's Greek life, check out the Activities Exposition, get an education from the Medill School of Journalism, examine the history of the Sweet Sioux Tomahawk and meet Northwestern's youngest fan.

On Saturday, the Big Ten Network will televise the Northwestern-Michigan game at 11 a.m. CT. Wayne Larrivee, Northwestern graduate Chris Martin and Dara McIntosh will call the action from Ryan Field.
