Donate Your Tickets

2/6/2007 12:00:00 AM | General

If you bought Wildcat tickets but can't make it to the game, donate them back to the community!

The Wildcat Athletic Department established the Ticket Turnaround program in 2006 which allows you to donate the tickets you aren't using to someone less fortunate. Thank you to all of the Wildcat fans who have made the Ticket Turnaround Program a success, including former Wildcat Football stars Barry Cofield and Luis Castillo. Cofield of the 2008 Super Bowl Champion New York Giants and Castillo of the San Diego Chargers each purchased 50 tickets to the Wildcats' game against Nevada in 2007 to donate to the children at Family Focus and Y.O.U. in Evanston.

If you would like to donate your unused tickets, please send them to the Wildcat Marketing Department and they will be donated back into the community. This will give someone a chance to attend a game that they otherwise would be unable to see in person. If you have any questions regarding this program, feel free to email us at wildcatmarketing@northwestern.edu

Please mail your unused tickets at least one week prior to the scheduled athletic event to the below address:

Former Wildcats Luis Castillo of the San Diego Chargers and Barry Cofield of the 2008 Super Bowl Champion New York Giants donated tickets to Family Focus and Y.O.U. in Evanston. As special guests of Cofield and Castillo, the kids went on the field to form a tunnel for the team to run through as they took the field to start the game! They also received Wildcat memorabilia and a special welcome on the videoboard.
