Winter Sports Weekly Release No. 5

EVANSTON, Ill.-- Northwestern has named Mike Tamillow (Oak Park, Ill./Fenwick) of wrestling as its Hilton Garden Inn Athlete of the Week.

Tamillow pinned Eastern Michigan's John McClure 7:45 into their match at 197 lbs., helping the Wildcats win their third straight match. NU won the dual 29-6. With the pin, Tamillow ran his record to 12-0 this season with three falls.

No females competed this week and did not have a recipient.
