EVANSTON, Ill. -- Senior Alexis Prousis (Lake Forest, Ill./Lake Forest) and sophomore Georgia Rose (Mettawa, Ill./North Shore Country Day) have received a doubles at-large bid into the ITA National Indoor Championships hosted by Ohio State University. Play in the 16-team draw begins Nov. 2.

Prousis and Rose advanced to the finals of the ITA Midwest Regional Championship in their first action of 2006-07 as a duo, but fell to Notre Dame's Buck and Tefft in the final match.

The Wildcats have a history of success at the ITA National Indoor Championships. Former Wildcat Cristelle Grier played in the doubles final three out of her four seasons. Prousis and Grier, who eventually won the NCAA championship, played as a team in the Indoor Championships last season.
