EVANSTON, Ill. -- When Northwestern and No. 10/10 Ohio State hit the hardwood at 7 p.m. on Thursday, a special guest will be in the stands. Former Oklahoma standout and current ESPN analyst Stacey Dales-Schuman will be at Welsh-Ryan Arena promoting the newest WNBA expansion squad, the Chicago Sky. The first 250 fans through the doors will receive a Chicago Sky rally towel.

"The Chicago Sky--as well as Chicagoland--is very lucky to have Stacey Dales-Schuman as their ambassador for women's basketball," head coach Beth Combs said. "She is the best at her game -- as a collegian and a pro -- and we are thrilled to have her meet our team. Any time you are able to hear from a great player, it is a privilege. We are looking forward to meeting with Stacey, and supporting the Sky."

Dales-Shuman, who is coming out of retirement after a year hiatus, will speak to the Wildcat squad before the game and talk to the crowd at halftime. She will also be on hand to sign autographs before the contest.

Following an extremely successful career at Oklahoma, Dales-Schuman was the third overall selection in the WNBA draft, and was picked up by the Washington Mystics. She spent three years with the Mystics before deciding to retire.

Thursday night is also Ladies Night at Welsh-Ryan Arena. All women and girls will be admitted for $2.
