IOWA CITY, Iowa - Northwestern's cross country team placed 16th out of 27 teams today at the NCAA Midwest Regionals in Iowa City, Iowa.
Oklahoma State took first with four finishers in the top 20 and Minnesota and Illinois both finished with 90 team points.
Celia Franklin was the 'Cats top finisher, placing 63rd out of 165 runners with a time of 23:03. Allison King was next, finishing 68th with time of 23:15.
Freshman Hilary Forman was right behind Franklin and King, finishing 70th with a time of 23:19.
