EVANSTON, Ill. - Sophomore Dan Brauer (Wheaton, Ill./Wheaton-Warrenville South) earned Big Ten Pitcher of the Week honors for his start vs. Samford University last Friday afternoon. This is Brauer's second conference honor of the season.

In the game, Brauer racked up a career-best 11 strikeouts and no walks against the Bulldogs to collect NU's third Conference Pitcher of the Week award this season.
