In day two of the Wildcat Invitational, the `Cats continued to impress with strong performances from the entire team. Senior Kristi Roemer (Piedmont, Calif./Piedmont) won two singles matches in straight sets, while fellow senior Andrea Yung (San Marino, Calif./San Marino) had two victories on the day as well. Yung beat Caszkowski 6-2, 3-6, 6-4 in singles and teamed up with Feriel Esseghir (Sarasota, Fla./UCLA) to beat Stewart and Graconin 8-5.

Junior Jamie Peisel (Savannah, Ga./Savannah Country Day) posted three victories on the day - two in singles, while also winning alongside graduate student Valerie Vladea (Tiffin, Iowa/Minnesota) in a doubles match 9-7.

The final day of the Wildcat Invitational is Sunday, Oct. 10.
