COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Led by freshman Kelly Robb (Concord, Mass./Middlesex School), Northwestern is in 10th place after one round of the Lady Northern, which is being held at Ohio State's Scarlet Course. Two rounds were scheduled to be played Saturday, but a two-hour morning rain delay prevented all 54 holes from being played.
The second round will resume at 8:30 a.m., followed by the third and final round.
Officially, Northwestern is tied for 10th place with Purdue. (Results through the first round are official until the second round is completed.) Including the second-round play that was completed on Saturday, Northwestern is 41-over.
Robb is 2-over (73) after one round and 3-over for the tourney. Another freshman, Alice Kim (Los Angeles, Calif./Brentwood), is 10-over after one round.
