Big Ten Tournament Information

The Big Ten Conference, Indiana Sports Corporation (ISC) and Pacers Sports & Entertainment announced a limited amount of all-session tickets for the 2002 Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament will go on sale Friday, Feb. 1 at 10 a.m. EST. Additionally, the Big Ten and ISC announced that single-session tickets and special ticket packages for the 2002 Big Ten Women's Basketball Tournament will be available at the same time.

For the first time in Big Ten history, both the women's and men's basketball tournaments will take place in the same city. Conseco Fieldhouse will be the site of the women's tournament from Thursday, Feb. 28 through Monday, March 4, and the men's tournament from Thursday, March 7 through Sunday, March 10.

Indiana Sports Corporation will host the women's tournament for the seventh time in eight years. The men's tournament will be co-hosted by Pacers Sports & Entertainment and ISC.

2002 Big Ten Men's Basketball Tournament All-Session Tickets
All-session tickets to the men's tournament, which include 10 games, will be $225 and available at the Conseco Fieldhouse box office (One Conseco Court, 125 S. Pennsylvania St.), Ticketmaster charge-by-phone numbers (317-239-5151 in Indianapolis) and www.ticketmaster.com. Tickets will not be available at Ticketmaster ticket centers. There is a 10-ticket limit on purchases for the Men's Tournament.

2002 Big Ten Women's Basketball Tournament Single-Session Tickets
Single-session ticket prices for the women's tournament will range from $10 to $14, and will be available at the Conseco Fieldhouse box office, Ticketmaster ticket centers, Ticketmaster charge-by-phone numbers and at www.ticketmaster.com. All-session tickets for the women's tournament are currently on sale and can be purchased by using one of the methods listed above.

Big Ten Women's Basketball Tournament Single-Session Ticket Packages
Indiana Sports Corporation will be offering special ticket packages for the women's tournament featuring discounts for groups, and packages that feature the girls' high school state championship and an Indiana Fever game. The Ultimate Women's Hoopla Package will allow fans to experience women's and girls' basketball at the highest level, and will include one ticket to each of the following:
* 2002 IHSAA Girls State Finals (Saturday, March 2)
* 2002 Big Ten Women's Basketball Tournament final (Monday, March 4)
* Any Indiana Fever 2002 home game (Club Level seat)

The package will be available at the Conseco Fieldhouse box office, www.consecofieldhouse.com/hoopla or by calling 1-800-HI-FIVES. The first 100 people who purchase the Ultimate Women's Hoopla Package also will receive an Indiana Fever T-shirt.

School/Public Group Sale Package
Schools, public groups or athletic teams of 12 or more and 20 or more, who want to support their favorite Big Ten women's teams and players, will have the opportunity to purchase tickets at a discount. Groups of 12 or more will receive a $2 discount per single-session ticket, while groups of 20 or more will get $4 off per ticket. Group packages will be available by calling 1-800-HI-FIVES.
