Women's Golf Finishes Second at Lady Northern

URBANA, Ill. - The Northwestern women's golf team finished second at the Lady Northern Intercollegiate, Sunday at the Stone Creek Golf Course in Urbana, Ill. NU shot a final round 296 to finish 14 shots behind tournament winner Michigan.
Individually, senior Emily Gilley shot a final round two-under-par 70 to place third. Gilley carded rounds of 75-73-70=218 (+2) to finish two shots behind tournament medalist Martina Gillen of Kent State. Making her collegiate debut, Ina Kim shot rounds of 76-71-75=222 (+6) to finish in a tie for eighth. Sophomore Lauren Grzebien finished in a tie for 20th at +10 (77-73-76=226).
