Big Ten Announces Academic All-Big Ten

EVANSTON, Ill. - The Big Ten Conference office announced its Academic All-Big Ten honorees for the winter sports, and several Northwestern athletes were listed among the honorees. To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten selection, an athlete must be a letterwinner in at least their second academic year and carry a career GPA of 3.0 or better. Although women's fencing is conducted in the winter, those athletes will not be recognized for Academic All-Big Ten honors until the end of the spring season.
