Six NU Women Will Run at Penn Relays

EVANSTON, Ill. - Six Northwestern women's cross country members will be a part of the pageantry that marks the 107th edition of the Penn Relays, this nation's most prestigious outdoor track event. The Penn Relays begin April 25 and will continue through April 29 at Franklin Field in Philadelphia.

All of Northwestern's women will run on Thursday, April 26. Nicole Kuznia and Nora Colligan will kick things off at approximately 7:15 p.m. by running in the College Women's Championship 3,000-meter run, followed almost immediately by Rachel Evjen and Emily Blakeslee who will run in the College Women's Championship 5,000-meter run at approximately 7:25 p.m. Laura Evans and Karen Rogers will complete the Wildcats' participation, running in the College Women's Championship 10,000-meter run at approximately 8:25 p.m.
