Women's Tennis Sweeps Marquette, 7-0

EVANSTON, ILL. - The No. 16 Northwestern women's tennis team improved to 4-0 on the season with a 7-0 win over Marquette Saturday afternoon at the Helfaer Tennis Stadium in Milwaukee. The Golden Eagles are now 2-3 on the season.
Northwestern got off to a quick start, taking a 1-0 lead after sweeping the three doubles matches. In singles, Northwestern won each match in straight sets.
The 'Cats are back home February 10 and 11 when they host North Carolina and Alabama at the Johnson Tennis Center. Match time against the Tar Heels on Saturday is set for 10 a.m., while Sunday's match with the Crimson Tide is scheduled for 11 a.m.
