Women's Cross Country Places Fourth at Auburn Invitational

EVANSTON, Ill. - The Northwestern women's cross country team finished fourth overall in the 25-team Auburn Invitational on Saturday with an overall score of 156. Freshman Jennifer Anderson (Rockford, Ill./Auburn Academy) finished 12th among Division I competitors with a time of 17:33.

Another freshmen, Cherisse Lancaster (Palatine, Ill./Palatine) finished 16th with a time of 17:38. Senior Mary Beth Ellis (Lewes, Del./Lawrenceville School) finished 29th with a time of 18:01.
