The 15th-ranked Wildcats battled valiantly, but came up short against No. 6 Illinois, 31-10. Senior All-Americans Mark Bybee and Sam Neider continued their strong seasons by posting wins at 174 and 197 pounds respectively. Senior Dominic Caruso also tallied a victory for the Wildcats at 125.
