Northwestern lost two seven-inning games is a doubleheader loss at Ohio State. Sophomore J.J. Standring (Chicago, Ill./St. Rita) pitched a complete game in game one, giving up two earned runs and striking out three. Junior outfielder Bob Dainton (Mokena, Ill./Lockport Township) went 4-for-7 with two RBIs for the day.
