Watch 'Moana' on Movie Night at Ryan Field August 2

EVANSTON, Ill. -- Northwestern Athletics will host a free showing of Disney's 'Moana' on Thursday, August 2 as part of its annual free Movie Night at Ryan Field.
Gates will open at 6 p.m. CT for a 7 p.m. showing. Parking and admission are free.
Fans will enter Ryan Field through Gate K in the southwest corner of the football stadium. Blankets will be allowed on the playing surface but chairs are prohibited in order to protect the grass.
While at Ryan Field, fans also will be able to pick up the 2018 Northwestern Football poster.
This summer's free showing of 'Moana' at Ryan Field is part of the Starlight Movies in the Park series sponsored by the city of Evanston. 'Moana' is the story of the teenage daughter of a village chief who ventures out on to the ocean in search of demigod Maui in the hopes of reversing an ancient curse that is plaguing her peoples' island.
This is the fourth straight year that Northwestern Athletics is hosting a Movie Night at Ryan Field. Previous showings have been 'Big Hero 6,' 'The Good Dinosaur' and 'The Secret Life of Pets.'
